Quick Start

Getting Started with My PCAP

Eight steps from creating your account to managing your membership.

  1. Step 1

    Create an account

Go to Register and sign up with your personal email address (not a school or work one) and a password. You'll get a verification email, so use an address you actually check.

Use a personal email. A school or organization address may stop working, and shared mailboxes can't prove the account is yours alone.

  2. Step 2

    Complete your member profile

After verifying your email, fill in your name, PRC license number, region, and chapter. Your region determines which chapter reviews your application and which oath-taking ceremony you can register for.

  3. Step 3

    Upload your requirements

Upload your PRC ID, a valid government ID, and a 2x2 photo. Each file must be an image (JPEG, PNG, WEBP) or PDF, under 5MB.

  4. Step 4

    Register for events

Once approved, go to Oath Taking to register for your own chapter's ceremony (you can only register for the ceremony your chapter holds), or Training to browse seminars from any accredited provider.

  5. Step 5

    Make and confirm payments

Pick a payment channel (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or an outlet) when prompted. Each one opens that channel's own checkout. Payment confirms automatically once it completes; there's nothing to upload.

  6. Step 6

    Access your digital documents

Your Smart ID is on the Virtual ID page, with a QR code anyone can scan to verify your membership. A requested Certificate of Good Standing appears on the Certificates page once approved.

  7. Step 7

Check your event and application status

Your Dashboard shows your application's status and a timeline of what's happened so far. The Notifications page lists every update, and Oath Taking shows your registration and attendance status.

  8. Step 8

    Update your profile information

Contact number and address update immediately from your Profile page. Your legal name, PCAP region, chapter, and PRC license number appear on your Smart ID and certificates, so changing any of those goes through a short admin review instead.
